Nautique Honored in Customer Satisfaction

MIAMI, FL (February 16, 2024) – The Miami International Boat Show is going on all week, with Nautique Boats being celebrated for exceptional customer satisfaction. The results of the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) were released during the annual awards ceremony put on by the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA).

For the 18th consecutive year, Nautique took top honors in the NMMA Marine Industry CSI Awards. This award is given to participating boat manufacturers that excel in customer satisfaction during the previous calendar year. Nautique maintained a score of over 90 percent during 2023 based on customer feedback in order to achieve this independently measured award.
