Orlando, FLA (May 12, 2008) – Team Nautique rider Scott Byerly, commonly referred to as “The Godfather of Wakeboarding and Wakeskating”, recently took delivery of his 2008 Super Air Nautique 210 – Icon Edition from Correct Craft. This is a one-of-a-kind boat in which Byerly was personally involved throughout each step of the design and development processes.

Byerly’s custom-designed Super Air Nautique 210 – Icon Edition is decked out with a variety of features that can only be found on this particular boat. Byerly’s very own signature Byerly logo is located throughout this 210 including the teak platform and the windshield header. It also sports detailed pieces in metallic fury red and jet black along with the unique Byerly logo embroidered on the upholstery. This 210 even includes LEDcup holders and LED grab rails that illuminate fury red. Additionally, Byerly’s personal signature is inlaid on the back of his 210 – Icon Edition in fury red which truly places this boat in an exclusive class all its own.

Byerly will showcase his new 210 – Icon Edition while on tour this summer. Byerly’s tour includes the Byerly Bus Tour which details various clinics around the country as well as tour stops at Pro Am – Portland and the 2008 Byerly Toe Jam. For more information about the 2008 Byerly Toe Jam, visit

The wakeboarding and wakeskating legend Scott Byerly has been involved with Correct Craft and the Nautique brand since his beginning years of wakeboarding in the mid 1990s. Byerly joined Team Nautique shortly after winning the ’94 World Championship. Since then, Byerly has continued to partner with Correct Craft while adding to his stellar record of professional wakeboarding and wakeskating accomplishments.

“It is really cool that I was able to work with Correct Craft, a company that I’ve been a part of for over 10 years, to design my dream boat. I was involved with the development of this boat from the very beginning and I couldn’t be happier with the way my 210 turned out,” commented Byerly. “I am stoked that I am able to premier this boat while on tour this summer,” added Byerly.

Bill Yeargin, Correct Craft’s President/CEO stated, “We are thrilled that Scott has chosen to be part of the Nautique family for all these years. He is truly a legend and it makes sense that the Godfather of wakeboarding and wakeskating would choose the world’s best boat.” Yeargin added, “Our team was excited to build this boat for Scott. It was a fun project and we look forward to some day doing other Icon Editions.”
