NAUTIQUE’S WHITNEY MCCLINTOCK DOMINATES THE 2009 WORLD WATER SKI CHAMPIONSHIPS
At the 2009 World Water Ski Championships held in Calgary, Alberta, Canada this past weekend, Team Nautique skier Whitney McClintock dominated in the Women’s divisions; Clementine Lucine and Jaret Llewellyn also had big wins at this prestigious event, which was exclusively pulled by the Ski Nautique.
Whitney McClintoch was unstoppable at the 2009 Worlds, taking the first place win in Women’s Slalom and Tricks. These outstanding performances ultimately helped her to claim the first place Women’s Overall title with a score of 2861.04. Also, in the Women’s Overall division, Nautique skier Clementine Lucine emerged as the second place winner. Additionally, in the Men’s divisions, Jaret Llewellyn took second place in Jump, which helped him to secure the third place win in the Men’s Overall category with a final score of 2738.93.
“It is no coincidence that three of the big winners at the World Championships all train behind a Ski Nautique,” stated Correct Craft President/CEO Bill Yeargin. “Once again it proves that to get a real edge against the competition it pays to ski behind the world’s best ski boat.” Yeargin added.
