Robert Soven is named Alliance Wakeboard’s “Rookie of The Year”
Alliance Wakeboard Magazine has named Team Nautique rider Robert “Bob” Soven as their 2009 Rookie of the year. This season Robert has been unstoppable, from winning every stop on the Pro Wakeboard tour to inventing new tricks. Bob has everyone in the wakeboarding world at the edge of their seats to see what he is going to do next.
“To be named Rookie of the Year is an honor, especially as a Jr. Men’s rider. I just can’t believe it. Now I have to set my goals even higher for next year!” said Soven.
Bob is one of the most colorful characters in our sport and at only seventeen years old, he has already accomplished more than anyone could have ever expected. We are thrilled to have Bob as a part of Team Nautique and congratulate him on this great achievement!
