Earlier this week it was my pleasure to attend the annual celebration of the Top 100 boating dealers, as identified by Boating Industry magazine, held at the Rio Hotel in Las Vegas. It was a fun black tie event that honored many of the best in the boating industry.

OK, I know what you are thinking. A boating and black tie event — do they really go together? Well, not usually. Most of the time we are more of a shorts or jeans industry, but this was a special night and everyone played the part by dressing up; even though many of us admitted that it felt a little strange.

Each year Boating Industry magazine celebrates and honors the Top 100 Boating Dealers at this event. This is a huge service by Boating Industry to our industry which not only helps us identify some of the best in our industry but also provides us with benchmarks by which we can measure our performance.

Being part of this Top 100 group is a huge honor for the dealers included, especially when you consider the thousands and thousands of boating dealers around the world who covet such an honor.

So, I am happy to recognize the six Nautique dealers honored at this event. They were:

- Sail and Ski – Texas

- Pride Marine Group – Ontario, Canada

- Singleton Marine Group – Alabama, Georgia and South Carolina

- Omaha Marine Center – Nebraska

- Candlewood East Marina – Connecticut

- Crowe Marine – Georgia

These six dealers were chosen by Boating Industry magazine as some of the best in the world and, on behalf of the entire Nautique family, we congratulate them.

We have nearly 140 Nautique dealers around the world who go the extra mile for our Nautique customers every day and make living the Nautique life incredible. We are thankful for all of our dealers and know we could not be what we are without them.

Enjoy the Nautique life!
