Dealers Visit Orlando

This past week has been momentous for all of us here at Nautique as we have had hundreds of boating dealers visit our hometown in Orlando, Florida. The Marine Dealer Conference and Exposition (MDCE) held this week here in Central Florida is the industry’s premier dealer event and dealers from around the world come to participate.

One of the things we enjoy about this great dealer conference being here in Orlando is the opportunity to showcase our incredible plant to lots of dealers who have not had the opportunity to visit. We enjoy those visits and the dealers are always impressed with what they see (as an aside, we encourage you too to come by and visit us – it is fun!)

An exciting event that takes place each year immediately after the MDCEis when our industry takes an evening to honor dealers identified by Boating Industry magazine as the best in our industry. This year’s “Top 100” celebration took place last Wednesday night and I was privileged to attend. The Top 100 celebration is always a fun event that brings together many leaders in the boating world.

This week we are proud of the nine Nautique dealers honored at last night’s celebration. Those dealers were:

- Candlewood East Marina – Connecticut

- Dry Dock – Indiana

- MarineMax Buford – Georgia (Top 100 Hall of Fame)

- MarineMax Rogers – Minnesota (Top 100 Hall of Fame)

- Marine Specialties – Nevada

- Pride Marine Group – Canada

- Russell Marine – Alabama

- Sail & Ski – Texas

- Tobler Marina – Idaho

All Nautique dealers have an incredible reputation of going to great lengths to exceed our customer’s expectations. All of our dealers also continually strive to be the best in the industry. You cannot have the level of success we’ve enjoyed here at Nautique without having incredible dealers. We know that our entire dealer network shares in our success and we are proud to be represented by such a great team.

To finish up the week, we had representatives of Nautique dealers from all over the world join us at the factory for a day and a half of Nautique training. Our Sales department provides Nautique dealers world class training to help them help our customers. We believe in training and are thrilled to have such a great turn out of Nautique dealers who desire to get even better.
