Wow - What a Boat!01/23/08   

A few weeks ago my family took delivery of a new Super Air Nautique 210. Fortunately we live in Florida so we have already had a chance to spend some time with it on the water. I know most people think I am biased but, wow – what a boat!

My family is really excited about our new Nautique and having a boat that my daughters love to use is important to both my wife and me. Last year we spent over 170 hours on the water in our old Nautique; much of that time was spent with me pulling my daughters, their friends and my nieces and nephews. Occasionally though, I am even able to convince one of my daughters to give me a pull!

We love the solid feel of the Nautique, and the new steering system we put in the 08 drives like a dream. We are also enjoying other 08 changes like the new graphics, full throttle package, the new 210 interior package and the Zero-Off speed control. The PCM engine runs like a charm and, maybe most importantly, the wake is awesome for all the things we enjoy doing behind the boat. Everyone who has been in our new SANTE loves it.

Finally, I let our Product Development team have a little fun with my new Nautique and they exercised some design freedom and creativity. Some of their creativity may even make production at some point in the future. But more on that later…
Even when you spend all day surrounded by new Nautique boats it is still exciting to get a new one of your own. It may still be winter, but our family is already excited about the upcoming boating season – it will be here soon!
