WORLD RECORDS!11/02/11   

In the world of sports it is always interesting to learn about an athlete setting a world record and water skiing is no different. It is thrilling to see an athlete who has committed their life to achieve something that has never before been done.

The past couple of years we have seen a plethora of world records set in the water ski world and almost all of them have been behind one boat – the Ski Nautique.

A little over two years ago our company introduced the Ski Nautique 200 and it has truly revolutionized the water skiing world. By our count, ten (that’s right, ten) world records have been set behind this boat in just over two years. No other ski boat is even close. In fact, I cannot help but wonder if there is a world record for the number of world records behind one boat in such a short time.

The world records have come in slalom, trick, overall, and most recently, jump, with a new jump world record set by the amazing Natallia Berdnikava (pending IWWF approval). On top of the world records hardly a day goes by that we do not hear of a new national or regional record or, equally importantly, personal bests set behind the Ski Nautique.

Our team is thrilled at the accomplishments that athletes all over the world have been able to achieve behind all of our Nautique boats. Whether it is a new skiing world record or landing a new trick behind one of our incredible wakeboard boats we are happy to play a part in these achievements.

Water sports enthusiasts who want the best boat to not only achieve new personal bests but also to have an incredible time with their family and friends know there is only one choice, Nautique.
