Last week I had the opportunity to visit one of the country’s top dealers, MacCallum’s Boathouse in Epsom, New Hampshire. And, when I say they are one of the country’s top dealers that is not just hyperbole; MacCallum’s is consistently honored by our industry as one of the top dealers in the boating market.

You don’t have to talk to Pete MacCallum very long to understand how important his customers are to both him and his team. Pete is the third generation to run MacCallum’s Boathouse and he wants to live up to and exceed the high expectations of his father and grandfather who ran the dealership before him. Taking great care of customers in New Hampshire is a MacCallum family tradition.

MacCallum’s Boathouse is conveniently located on water facility on the beautiful Northwood Lake. There dealership is so conveniently located that New Hampshire’s Safe Boating Course is held at their facility.

There are lots of good things I could write about MacCallum’s but the most important is their incredible passion for taking care of customers.
