If there is one lesson I have learned over the years it is that whenever I have any kind of success it is almost always a result of having good people around me.

2012 has been a great year for Nautique. We have great new product, increasing market share, and we were named Manufacturer of the Year. Oh, we were also voted by the industry as having the Most Innovative Product. Not a bad year.

At our Nautique headquarters here in Orlando we are under no illusion related to any success we may have. We know that our 160 Nautique dealers spread over 65 countries play an extremely key role in our success. Our Nautique dealers help us in many ways including:

• Giving us important input regarding the boating markets
• Giving us valuable input during the product development process
• Representing and building the Nautique brand around the globe
• Selling the incredible Nautique boats
• Providing the industry?s best follow-up service after purchase

A big part of the reason we are the best is because we have the industry’s finest dealers. And, this past week we were privileged to have many of those Nautique dealers from all over the world here with us in Orlando.

Last Friday and Saturday we had dealer meetings at our plant and I was encouraged to hear all the incredible comments from our dealers regarding what they are hearing about Nautique in the market place. Sunday afternoon we had our Nautique dealers out to the Orlando Watersports Complex (OWC) which we own. It was great to be able to hang out at OWC and just have fun with the dealers on the cable and ride behind the amazing Super Air Nautique G23.

Finally this week the boating industry had our annual Top 100 dealer gala (yep it was a gala – not often you see us all in tuxedos!) to celebrate the Top 100 dealers in the industry. A special recognition goes out to the following Nautique dealers who were honored at this event:
