Happy Thanksgiving!11/19/07   

Thanksgiving is one of my favorite days of the year. It lacks the frantic nature and commercialization of many other holidays. It is a time to relax with family and be thankful for our many blessings.

This year I am thankful for many things, including the following:

  • An incredible group of Correct Craft employees who work very hard every day to build the world’s best boats.
  • Amazing customers who appreciate our products and thank us with their loyalty.
  • Dealers who regularly astonish me with stories of how they have gone above and beyond to make sure our Nautique customers have outstanding sales and service experiences.
  • The ability to stand on the shoulders of those who have gone before us. Ralph Meloon, who just celebrated his 90th birthday, recently spoke at our annual dealer meeting about the history of Correct Craft; everyone at the meeting was impressed with the commitment of the Meloon family over the years to build boats to the glory of God.

Not everyone gets to work with such an incredible group of employees, dealers and customers; or for a company with such an incredible heritage. I feel blessed.
