Frequently I am asked about what we are doing at Correct Craft to ensure that Nautiques continue to be the industry’s highest quality boats. I always respond by noting that sustaining quality takes a huge commitment from everyone on our team and believe me, our team is up for the task!
A quality boat starts with great design and engineering; it is impacted by the condition of the molds from which the boats are built, the materials that go into the boat, the commitment of the people who are building the boat and the processes used to build the boat. Quality also requires that customers have great experiences at their dealerships. At Correct Craft we are committed to continually reviewing each of these elements of quality to ensure that every Nautique exceeds the high expectations of our customers.
Additionally, a quality boat can also be measured by what happens if the manufacturer makes a mistake. At Correct Craft we back our boats with the industry’s best warranty, a network of dealers who are determined to make sure their customers are happy, and a corporate commitment to do whatever we can to ensure that every Nautique customer feels good about being part of the Nautique family. We put actions behind our words.
Finally, quality requires a commitment to continual improvement. So, with continual improvement in mind, I am happy to welcome a new member to the Correct Craft team, our new Quality Manager, Matt McGinnis. Matt has a Masters Degree from Central Michigan University and is a Certified Quality Manager. His previous work experiences include serving as a Quality Engineer for an automotive company. He is an avid water-skier who loves Nautiques and wants to help make the brand even better. I am happy to have Matt on our team.
The best getting better – that’s our goal!
