CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARD08/30/11   

We are proud of the customer service Nautique owners receive from both our company and our many fine dealers. Our team here in Orlando works with Nautique dealers all over the world in an effort to consistently exceed the expectations of those who join our family.

As a result of our effort (of us and our dealers) we get a lot of positive feedback from Nautique owners who tell us that they appreciate being part of our family and appreciate knowing that we will always do whatever we can to make sure they enjoy the Nautique life. It is satisfying to hear this from people we are trying hard to serve.

Each year our industry surveys actual customers who have bought different brands of boats and recognizes boating companies who have delivered excellent customer service. In fact, they give an award for this service; it is called the NMMA CSI Award and Nautique won it again this year.

We are proud to say that Nautique has been presented the NMMA CSI award every year since we joined this program. This is no easy feat and, in fact, of the three market share leading towboat brands we are the only brand to have won it every year and the only one who received the award in 2011. That says a lot!

Nautique has a long history of consistently winning the customer service and quality awards in our segment of the boating industry. Not only have we received the CSI award every year since 2006 but we were also awarded the prestigious JD Power award every year it was awarded to our industry.

The thing that makes these awards the most satisfying to our team is that these are not political awards from a retail magazine selling ads or an industry group; these are awards that are given after surveying actual customers. When our customers report that we are doing a good job that makes us happy.

Nautique owners are the most loyal in the boating industry. We appreciate that.
